Why Tauniqo exists.

After founding and selling several companies, Miquel Mora saw the same pattern in all of them: hiring well was hard, and developing the people you hired was even harder. Training was bought by the hour and forgotten in weeks; interviews depended on the interviewer’s mood.

Tauniqo was born in Barcelona to join those two halves with a simple idea: what matters isn’t what people remember, but what they can do — and that is trained by practising and proven by conversing.
