Trust & ethical AI

AI that is fair to people.

Tauniqo takes part in decisions that affect people: who gets interviewed, how they’re evaluated, where each person improves. That’s why the system is designed to be fair, explainable and auditable — and everything we claim on this page can be verified.

AI as support, not a substitute.

We co-create, we don’t replace

AI speeds up what doesn’t add value — assembling, repeating, fixing formats. The author of each piece of training is still the person who knows: your trainers, your experts, your team.

AI proposes; people approve

Everything is always editable: from a slide script to an avatar’s behaviour. No content reaches your team unless someone wanted it that way.

Time, for what’s human

We don’t want to replace anyone’s work: we want trainers and recruiters to spend their time on what only people can do — supporting, deciding, teaching.

Six principles. None of them negotiable.

TTranscription, not biometrics

We evaluate what you say — never your face, accent or tone of voice. Designed that way for the EU AI Act, not adapted afterwards.

HThe AI never makes the decision

It evaluates, scores and ranks. Advancing in a process or hiring is always a person’s call.

AAnonymisation

Evaluation is done on the content, not on the person’s identity.

EExplainability

Every score comes with its rationale and the literal transcript excerpt that supports it. You can audit any evaluation.

DYour data does not train AI models

No personal data (audio, video or text) nor content generated from it is used to train or improve AI models — ours or third parties’. We only use aggregated statistics, irreversibly anonymised, to improve the platform; never your training content or confidential information.

A contract clause, not a website promise
CConfidentiality by default

Isolated environments per customer, role-based access and encryption. Another customer will never see your commercial talk track.

How we verify every evaluation.

ConversationRole-play or interview, evaluated on the transcript
Model A evaluatesScores each criterion with rationale and evidence
Model B re-evaluatesA second independent model repeats the evaluation
Do they disagree?Human review before the evaluation reaches anyone
2,03%

We publish our disagreement rate. It’s the share of evaluations where the two models don’t match and a person reviews. We publish it and keep it current because an auditable system starts by auditing itself in public.

The EU AI Act, applied — not quoted.

Let’s be clear: AI used in hiring is “high risk” under the European Regulation. That’s not a problem to hide — it’s why a high-risk system must be run with the safeguards the law requires. That’s how we do it, point by point:

Transparency with the person evaluatedThe candidate knows they are talking with an AI, when they are evaluated and against which criteria.
Effective human oversightThe AI never decides: it evaluates and ranks. The decision is always a person’s, and disagreements between models are reviewed by a human.
Risk and quality managementISO 42001-certified management system; dual validation with a public disagreement rate.
Traceability and recordsEvery evaluation is traceable question by question, with literal transcript evidence and an auditable record.
Accuracy and robustnessEvaluation on the transcript with structured criteria (BARS, IECE) — identical for every candidate in a process.
Ban on unacceptable practicesNo biometrics, no emotion recognition, no facial analysis: out of the system by design, not by configuration.

Certified by auditors. Approved by customers.

What the person being evaluated experiences.

Trust isn’t only for the buyer: it’s above all for the person sitting in front of the AI. A candidate or employee on Tauniqo:

Knows they are talking with an AI — always, with no exceptions.Knows when they are evaluated and against which criteria.Chooses the moment: the interview or the practice, at their time, from wherever they want.Gets exactly the same opportunity as everyone else: same questions, same criteria, same yardstick. Can practise and get it wrong with no consequences — error is part of training, not a file.

"In a hiring process, the AI treats everyone the same."
Miquel Mora, CEO of Tauniqo — El Nacional

What the people who sign ask.

No. No personal data entered by users (audio, video or text) nor content generated from it is used to train, retrain or improve AI models — ours or third-party providers’, who process data solely to deliver the service and without retention for training. We do use statistical, aggregated information, irreversibly anonymised, to improve the platform; it never includes training content, materials or confidential information. All of this is a clause in our data-processing agreement.
